M-BOP coaching works by finding out which of these factors are effecting a client and addressing them. Next finding any psychological causes underlying their issue and freeing them from it. Finally empowering them to access their enhanced flow state and get them in the zone.

M-BOP use techniques from psychological therapies to increase people’s inner peace and confidence. Our Oxygen Advantage Advanced instructor teaches functional breathing training to quieten a busy mind, reduce nervousness so that people can get into the zone whenever needed. Oxygen Advantage breathing training can also be used to enhance sporting performance and simulate altitude training.
