Background
Lydia is an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor. Prior to this Lydia began as Person Centred and Psychodynamic Counsellor and went on to win the British Psychological Society’s Undergraduate Award for her BSc in Psychology (1:1). Lydia worked for the Psychoneuroimmunology Lab at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) before embarking on her PhD in Cognitive Psychology at ARU and University College London. Following the arrival of her first child midway through her PhD Lydia decided to swap her career in research for being a Mum. Lydia began her personal journey studying health to heal her from an overactive thyroid, chronic pain and anxiety. Lydia has now been helping people transform their performance for over 15 years.
