We offer coaching, consulting, and wellness services. Full service details are provided on our website.

• Bookings are arranged directly via email or phone conversation.
• Session times are confirmed once mutually agreed in writing (via email or text).
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• The remaining balance (if any) is payable before the session, or as agreed individually.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£). Invoices are available upon request.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
• If you cancel with sufficient notice, any payment made beyond the deposit may be refunded or credited toward a future session.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Our services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any wellness programme.
